Andrea Beltramello, Member of Cabinet of Vice-President Valdis Dombrovksis
Andrea Beltramello is a Member of Cabinet of European Commission Executive Vice-President Valdis Dombrovksis. He was already a member of Cabinet of Vice-President Dombrovskis in the previous Commission mandate since 2018. Previously he was Deputy Head of the Communication Unit in the Commission’s Directorate General for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markers Union (DG FISMA). Between 2015 and 2017 he was a Policy Officer in the unit responsible for Capital Markets Union in DG FISMA. Between 2012 and 2015 he was Policy Analyst in the Free Movement of Capital and Application of EU Law unit in DG FISMA (formerly DG Internal Market and Services). Between 2007 and 2012, he worked as Economist/Policy Analyst in the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris, first in the Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs and then in the Directorate for Science, Technology and Industry. In 2006-07 he worked in the international trade and European affairs office of a major European technology company. He holds degrees from the University of Trieste in Italy and the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.
Alyssa Heath, Head of EU & UK Policy with the Principles for Responsible Investment
Alyssa Heath is Head of EU & UK Policy with the Principles for Responsible Investment. Alyssa leads PRI’s advocacy strategy in these markets and supports PRI’s contribution to groups such as the EU Technical Expert Group on Sustainable Finance and the EU High Level Group on Sustainable Finance. She has over a decade of experience working across sustainability and finance. Alyssa holds a BA in Physics from Oxford University and an Msc in Climate Physics from the University of Reading.
Misa Tanaka, Head of Research at the Bank of England
Misa is the Head of Research at the Bank of England. She has joined the Bank in 2002 after completing a D.Phil in Economics at Nuffield College, University of Oxford. She has held a number of positions across Monetary Analysis, Financial Stability, and Prudential Policy Areas of the Bank.

Rym Ayadi, Honorary Professor at CASS Business School and Member of the Centre for Banking Research (CBR) at the City University in London, Founding President of the Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association and Founder and Scientific Director of the Euro-Mediterranean Network for Economic Studies (EMNES).
Professor Rym Ayadi is an Economist and International Expert on Inclusive and Sustainable Socio-economic Models, Financial Architecture and Stability and Sustainable Finance.
She is Professor at CASS Business School, Member of the Centre for Banking Research (CBR), City University of London, Senior Advisor at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), Chair of the European Banking Authority – Banking Stakeholders Group (EBA- BSG) and Founder and President of the Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association (EMEA).
She is also Associated Scholar at the Centre for Relationship Banking and Economics (CERBE) at LUMSA University in Rome. She is Founder and Director of the Euro-Mediterranean Network for Economic Studies (EMNES).
Rym’s fields of expertise include international financial systems, financial markets and institutions, global financial regulation and governance and socio-economic development and foresight in economies in transition.
